Blue Planet SUP Europe is proud to stand behind its high performance quality Hawaiian branded paddle products. For this reason Blue Planet SUP Europe offers a limited warranty to the original purchaser covering 180 days from purchase against any defect in workmanship or materials. If you feel that you have a warranty claim with one of our products please speak with your Blue Planet SUP Retailer where the original purchase was made. If you are not sure whether or not your item is covered by our warranty, please contact us on info@blueplanetsup.eu. 

Consumer Requirements:
1.1. Proof of purchase from Blue Planet SUP Europe retailer must accompany any warranty claims.
1.2. The claimant must be the original purchaser.
1.3. The name of the retailer and date of purchase must be clear.
1.4. Photos of the product which clearly shows the defect(s) must accompany all warranty claims.
1.5. Blue Planet SUP Europe will determine if defect falls under warranty guidelines.

Blue Planet SUP Europe’s limited warranty does NOT cover the following:
1.1. Damage due to normal wear and tear. 
1.2. A product that has been previously repaired will not be covered under warranty.
1.3. Improper assembly, modifications or repairs.
1.4. Damage due to improper care, handling, or storage.
1.5. Damage due to excessive heat exposure including direct sunlight, extended amount of time in car and/or board bag.
1.6. Damage or breakage caused striking of rocks, reef, rails, waves or falling in surf conditions.
1.7. Damage caused by anything other than defects in material and/or workmanship.

Paddles and Stand Up Paddle Boards will develop natural wear and tear as well as breakdown of materials over time. Taking proper care of your product will help extend its life.
